This camp is designed to teach and promote the fundamentals and techniques of catching. Our expert instructors will cover all aspects of the position including receiving, throwing and blocking.

Summer Showcase Team Tryouts
We will be having our 16u-18u Tryouts on Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at the Steward School (11600 Gayton Road, Richmond, VA 23233). In case of inclement weather, we will use the indoor gym on Sunday, February 5, 2012 from 12:30 - 3:30 PM. Please check our website for updates.
This will be a pro-style tryout including:

Looking to help your player reach a higher level of play?
Players will receive one-on-one attention from one of our experienced coaches, in our state of the art baseball facility. Lessons, which are by appointment only, can be scheduled year-round. There are limited slots available, so don't miss out on the one-on-one opportunities with our great staff. The following owners and coaches are available for lessons:

RBA West Winter Strength and Condition Workouts
Starting December 1, 2011, Mike Craven will train our RBA West Athletes at RAC which is conveniently located near our Staples Mill Facility (less than a mile away) at 4700 Thalbro Street, Richmond, VA 23230.
The Training Schedule will be as follows:
9-12 Year Olds
Mondays & Wednesdays - 7:30-8:30 PM
Fridays - 6:00-7:00 PM
Sundays - 3:30-4:30 PM
13-18 Year Olds
Mondays & Wednesdays - 8:30-9:30 PM
Fridays - 7:00-8:00 PM
Sundays - 4:30-5:30 PM
*Pick any days up to 4 times a week!
2 times a week is suggested.
The Cost for the Program is $55/month for 3 months of training totaling $165.00.
