Please make note of RBA's Policies:

1.  No Cash refunds, all refunds must be made in service.

2.   Lesson "No Shows" constitutes full charge for lesson.

3.   Call to cancel day of lesson results in 1/2 charge for lesson.

4.   Full Day Notice of Cancellation - There is no charge and lesson

      will be rescheduled.

5.   All program misses can be made up if advance notice is given. 

      Make-ups must be made within the program times, if space is

      available.
