How to Register for Summer Camps:

2.  Print out the form and fill out all information

3.  Be sure to include $50 nonrefundable deposit, with remainder of
     payment due on first day of camp.  You can include full payment 
     now, if preferred.

4.  Mail form, including payment, to:
